Rattlesnake Meat Company is located in the Rattlesnake Creek sub basin in South Central Kansas.
Rattlesnakes? Rattlesnake meat? No. We specialize in homegrown beef. Our name is taken from the Rattlesnake Creek that runs through areas of our farm and ranch pastures. We are located in the Rattlesnake Creek sub basin of south-central Kansas.
- Black Angus cattle.
- The only time the cattle are not with us are the 21 days it hangs at the processor.
- NEVER implanted with growth hormones
- None of our vaccines are mRNA, and we will NEVER use mRNA vaccines—even if it means government pushback
- Our cattle enjoy a diet of prairie grasses for the majority their life.
- The last 90 days they are fed a mixture of distiller’s grain, alfalfa and Kansas corn. We do have some inventory of grass finished (ask us about it).

Matt and Marci Wooster have worked and lived on remote farms and ranches in Georgia, Wyoming and Kansas. Matt coordinates cow movements, cattle feed rations, calving schedules and everything in between for Rattlesnake. Marci raises their two girls at home, while helping with Rattlesnake Meat Company. Store hours can vary but are usually: Mon. 11am-5pm, Thurs. & Fri. 4pm-7pm, Saturday 11am-4pm
