1 Tri Tip Roast-~1.10 or more each-Great roast for open grilling or smoking. Reverse sear and cut into nice 2" steaks.
1 Flank Steak-~1lb-Another popular cut, flank steak is lean but can be cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a nice char on the outside, making it a great choice for the grill.
1 Bratwurst Packs-4 brats in pack. One pound pack-regular flavor
1 Summer Sausage-jalapeno cheddar
